Very disappointed in the quality of my recent experience with Sage Bistro. It used to be amazing - wonderful and flavorful food... - but not true anymore. Chicken was terribly dry. Vegetables were soggy and boring. Rice had a fishy flavor. Falafel wasshockingly bad. I wish Hialal Guy (fast food) would come back to the Guilderland area. It was so much better.
