This is what I got today when I placed an order for a grande shaken espresso I think that they should have charged me for only... half of the grande because that?s not a grande, as it is advertised. When I questioned the employee he said that because weasked to go easy on the ice the cup was not full. Am I missing something? I just gave one star because I could give less. It used to be the best Starbucks ever. Today on July 23th 2022 was the worst... employees. What have happened?? Everything that I asked for was wrong and they did without any care. My Coffe is terrible, mysandwich too. Since the cashier to the last person was terrible. This place is really inconsistent. Sometimes the orders are quick and accurate. Other times they take an absurd amount of time... and are off, although lately its been more bad than good. I can think of at least a half dozen times over the last few monthswhere I waited over a half hour after my mobile order was supposed to be ready. I've also experienced some very nice staff, andsome very unfriendly staff, although the latter seems to be a result of being under staffed and over worked. After the last timeI went and waited nearly 45 minutes for 1 ice coffee, I've been going over to the Watt st. Starbucks instead. I think its worththe extra 5 minute drive for the reliability.
