An impressive place! 5 people working behind the counter in such a small space. 2 making pizza, 2 answering the phone and... taking orders. 1 person attending to the oven. They communicate well with each other and with the customers. ???? The pizzais crafty, delicious ???? thin crusted and made with love ?? There?s room for approximately 10 people to be seated along thecounter and at small tables along the windows. We have toured all of Italy in pursuit of the best pizza including many in the Campania Region of Italy including theworld famous Pepe in Grani in Caiazzo, hailed as the "World's Best pizza" and while we were there we both looked at each otherand said "Melissa and Matt's pizza is just as good if not better". We are very fortunate to have Bufalina so close to home,excellent creative pizza while staying true to the simplicity of Italian cooking along with fresh ingredients.
