The order was quite simple but I received my egg bites under cooked which just sucks so those were wasted. Now the muffin was... good...and my drink was made twice but incorrect both times and 3rd time was nit a charm...so I just gave it back and walkedout. Decent - the staff there was not very friendly and honestly, for being a Starbucks was disappointed. I ordered an iced coffee... and a bagel with cream cheese. When I tried to ask the staff for a knife/utensils that were missing in my bag two didn?tacknowledge me while making drinks one even rolled her eyes. I get that Starbucks is busy and her job was manning the coffeemachine but - I had to wait in line again to ask the cashier worker and clearly she was annoyed that I was not given theknife/utensils initially, however, I don?t work there so ?????????????????????? Great location! The service was quick via mobile app and drive-thru. They were sold out of the scone despite the app letting me... order it. They made it right without even me saying anything...they gave me a gift card. A+, first class service! That is greatcustomer service. Read more
I come to this Starbucks all the time and always have a good experience. This morning stood out above all other visits! Service in this Starbucks?s location is generally poor but today was worse than normal. After waiting in line 5 minutes with... nobody else in line I make my order (repeating it twice) and pay. 10 minutes later they call my name to tell me they have nohot cups - none of any size. They are also now out of lids as well. My choices were to order a cold drink or get a refund. Iopt for the refund and note that they refunded the drinks but not the tip! I only gave them 1 star because 0 is notavailable. Checked my account two hours later and still no refund! Just checked back - they credited my coffee but kept thetip! Read more
