Just ordered 2 vente iced caramel macchiatos , $22 I received 2 small 10 0z size iced caramel macchiatos no receipt receipt and... on top of that they made one and I had to wait 5 minutes for the other one. i ordered a matcha latte and i just got a latte. then when i told the girl working that it was wrong she told me that she... wouldn?t remake it and ?all she heard was latte?. starbucks has always been awesome for coffee, i love it myself. most of my reviews are positive (aswell as some are weird... because they were from 4 years ago when i was 9) but this one loses a star, i'm visiting from wisconsin but alabama is nice,their starbucks employee was quick with her stuff and was very nice! she gave us a free drink because she messed up the firstorder which was okay and thats why i'm giving it a 4. very nice, pacient, and helpful. i'm glad about the free drink so thankyou!
