When you pay for all you can eat, hibachi is included, ( well you tip the cook ) when you take out they charge you extra for... hibachi , a lot more per lbs , this is the only buffet I know doing it, they open your food container and throughly inspect,soon they will start stirring it with spoon to check what is under the leaf of salad. Food went downhill in this place, thegreed and the lack of culture is not appetizing, when I see cashier counting my sushi with his finger, I don’t know , cry orlaugh, so pathetic. STAY AWAY!!! went today, a few mins after 4pm. Every container of food was close to empty, cold and tasted like it has been... left out for HOURS. Egg rolls are soggy, spring rolls are soggy, the 3 chicken wings were black like they were cooked 5x. Thecrab legs were on ice. Broke one open and it was mush and black slime inside, told them and they just said “its differentcrab” NO, crab is not black and slimy inside, Must of had them on the heat tray too long then put them on ice. The peel neat shrimp where as hard and dry as ever and left a taste in my mouth that took hours to go away. They had about 19 peices ofold dried out shuish available. It was the WORSE FOOD I HAVE EVER ATE IN MY LIFE. My 8 month old could of ate EVERYTHING theyhad because of how mushy it all was. Ill be calling the health department first thing in the morning. I feel sick to mystomach. Look at the last 20 reviews and filter them to the newest. This place should be shut down and put out ofbusiness!!!!!! See the pics i took. They gave me a $5 discount because i said crab should not be mushy and black afterthey would not say what type of crab it is. Got there a little after 4pm. The sushi selection was very limited and beyond dry. The spring rolls were nothing but mush. I... tried a fried dumpling and I couldn't even bite through it. Egg rolls were also hard as a rock. Everything there had beensitting out since noon it looked like. After the first few bites I wanted to walk out but figured you get what you pay for( orso I thought) I figured it was 7-10 dollars each but no, it was $15 each! The waitress stood behind me the whole time talking onher air pods( headphones). I got one refill and it came back wrong. By far the worst dinning experience I've had in a long time.For the same price you can go to umami and get fresh, made to order food. I took a friend and feel so embarrassed I evenrecommend it. Arrived at 5:30pm for an early dinner. Having visited this restaurant years before, I expected the same. I had a good experience... in the past. The parking lot showed construction in progress with scaffolding over the sidewalk. The restaurant was open butvery quiet. The buffet selection was quite disappointing. The big surprise was that although we arrived early for dinner, theselection looked as if they have been there for hours. Saddest sushi selections. I had difficulty finding anything to eat.Everything looked old. All bread products was stale including the croutons for salad. The hibachi section looked closed. No onewas there to cook. The highlight of the evening was the waitress. Her prompt service to clear the table was appreciated. Wouldnot recommend. Sorry. I really hoped and expected better. Read more
