I'm writing this review solely for the two young people working behind the counter yesterday, 10/4/22 around 2pm. There were... only three people onsite, a cook I never saw, a young Black woman in training, and a young Black man with braids who was runningthe show. The young man was rushing from the window to the front register juggling multiple orders (it looked like there wereonline orders in the queue as well,) assembling orders, assisting his trainee (kindly, patiently, and with lots ofencouragement) and he was cool and efficient and friendly to everyone waiting. The trainee was doing well under his tutelage andI imagine his competance and patience helped her to stay unruffled. If there is ever a manager above him who sees this, that mandeserves a raise and some extra PTO!! (And both he and the trainee deserve a well-staffed workplace so that they don't have torush around doing the jobs of multiple people.) Read more
Bad enough my corn was over cooked and look like it had been sitting out improperly.The rude customer service doesn?t make it... any better.Older lady at the window literally shuts the window before you can even request for condiments after yelling for herattention after the window is closed she then tells me they don?t have honey or hot sauce !!!! There?s no need to be rude forany reason if you don?t like your job then finding something that makes you happy. I purchase a bucket of chicken plus sides: cole slaw, mashpotatoes and biscuits last week. I was very disappointed with the condition of your chicken and biscuits. Please allow me tocomplain. Let's start with the chicken: every piece was cooked in old brown oil. When, I went to serve the soft skin chicken itwas falling apart. Your vats are not clean or hasn't been changed in a very, very, very long time. Please keep in mind anytimeoil is old it is consider to be rancid. The biscuits, were baked: so here are some tips for biscuts bented in several ways. Rudest staff I've ever seen. Placed my order in drive thru. 4 meals and I get to the window and she says 2 Pepsi's? I told her... there should be 4. Started letting her know what I ordered and half way through she shut the window on me and got another girl.Let her know and they missed one of my meals. No big deal people make mistakes. When I started telling her my other order shewalked away and gave me something I didn't order and I had to go in and get the right stuff.
