Have to request blended well. Lately I have had chunks in smoothies. Difficult when on the go to get it thru straw.
Poor customer service. Kenyatta was my server and just looked at me when I walked up as if I was causing her an issue. No... greeting or nothing. Told her my name (Anthony) and is either hard on hearing or can?t spell or both because she completelymisspelled mine (Anthen) and 3 other customers names?so when it came time for them to give us our order the guy calling ournames was all messed up. Then it took 18min to make my smoothie and there were 4 orders ahead of mine. I?m 100% for supporting aliving wage of $15+ an hour but if the customer service is like that $7.25 is more on par or better yet go find another gigwhere customer interaction is zero. I ordered online, this place has very poor customer service. I walked in and no one acknowledged I was there. I looked in the... pick up order section and nothing was there. No one asked if I was here for a pick up or anything. I was sitting there for 10mins and then was asked if I had a pick up and told them my name. When I sitting there they put the order in the pick up sectionwithout even saying anything as I was waiting another 10 mins then realized a random order could be mine so I checked it and itwas mine! Was the only person in the whole place and ordered 2 flatbreads and they came out wrong. Called the store to let them know I... would be on my way back to pickup the correct flatbread seen as my bf can?t eat chipotle and worker hung up on me. If they werebusy I could understand how that mistake would happen but I was literally the only person there?? workers too busy talking abouthow they?re going to spend their 4/20 instead of doing their actual jobs. 4th street location is completely slammed all the timebut at least they?ll get my order right.. don?t waste your time or money going to this location.
