Don't visit this location. HORRIBLE! Doors are always closed, they give you wrong food and never apologize. In drive thru,they... talk to you without manners. They pack the food while eating. Good people should be hired not illiterate and dirty people. Read more
At first when I came up to the counter, the girl said that I had to use the computer to order my food. She seemed to have a bad... attitude, but the young man had took my order instead. He was very helpful and nice. So overall I appreciate the service andfood. Read more
This location is a "hit or miss" location, as far as having all items. Wendy's is my kids lunch/dinner favorite, and definitely... my breakfast favorite so we patronize this location alot. They are supposed to open at 6:30am, but I've been here plenty oftimes at 7:45, etc and they were not open yet. They never have all items at once, and for some reason they are ALWAYS out ofbiscuits? It's like they are always out of SOMETHING, no matter if its breakfast, lunch, or dinner. One thing I will say, thayhave an employee at this location, I believe she may be a manager. Me and my Friend came through the Drive Through right after Breakfast. Ordered a Baconator and Cheeseburger .Was asking also for... a Strawberry Frosty. The Gentlemen said he got to check .He let us quite 5 Minutes wait. Until we said Hello Hello . He saidsomething. That was it. We came by the Window. But both Employees just having a small Talk. It was no Customers. We cancelledour Order. That was the last Time we visit Wendy's South Side. This is the Reason South Side loosing Business after Businessbecause lazy Employees .Sad Read more

Horrible experience. Directed inside by drive thru because I had a mobile order. Waited 4 or 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Told... to use kiosk. Explained I was directed inside due mobile order. Eye roll. Out of one thing I ordered. Asked for it to be takenoff my bill. Told there was nothing they could do as they had nothing to do with mobile orders. Then told to contact my bankconnected to my card. My bank? Really? Will not return, advise others not to go to that location either. Read more
