Daddy?s BBQ is the best you will eat anywhere in the world! From his briskets to a whole stuffed pig, you cannot find any... better. I highly recommend Jamie and the entire Bates crew for private catering also. He and his crew did an awesome job for usand will definitely use them again. Man, this is good stuff. The brisket is tender, moist, and cheaper than I can buy it can cook myself! Perfect bark and... flavor.
