Ordered the shakes ahead over the app. After parking and checking in we waited, waited and waiiiited. It took a long time for... our order to come out. We went to go see what was going on since we were the ONLY car there. After walking up to the restaurantthe girl gets up from the table, she's sitting there with what looks to be here bf, and asks if we had an order. We said yes shegoes inside and our shakes were already made by the employee who was inside and now washing dishes. This applies to the Long Beach location only. The food tastes good, but is rarely hot and fresh. Some of the screens do not... work. Only ideal for drink and ice cream related items. If you really want Sonic, you may have to go to the one on 49 inGulfport. That location is much better. Read more
My family went last weekend 1 hour it took them to get their food and got it wrong, we are not going to pay for having wasted... our time so we sent it back . Went again today and i waited 10 minutes at the drive thru only to see nobody was doing theirjob THIS PLACE NEEDS TO RAISE THEIR STANDARDS AND FIRE EVERYONE'S LAZY @SS the obvious question here is "did you put abuisness to make friends with lazy employees or to make money selling food" This is a shame and disrespect to all turism andlocals as head of our local organization i will make sure nobody goes here till it is up to american standards .
