I made an online order for two toasted subs. The order was picked up immediately as soon as it was ready. There were no other... customers as it was 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. He got home, which is literally four minutes away. The sandwiches were cold,not toasted. One was supposed to be a steak and cheese with olives and banana peppers. NO banana peppers, but packed so full ofcold onions and bell peppers it was unreal. A simple order. In writing. NO other customers. How can you mess that up so badly?Smh.
