This restaurant is so underrated! It is a small restaurant, but has everything you need to have a great dining experience ~~... fresh, high quality sushi, great sushi chefs, friendly and attentive servers, and a simple but modern and comfortable interior.I had the scallop and sweet shrimp nigiri?they tasted amazing, melted inside your mouth, and I could taste the freshness. Thepresentation is beautiful as well, since you can tell the attention to detail the chef put into the plate. Hamachi on ponzu isvery refreshing and the jalapeño and chili tobiko compliments the dish very well. The sushi chef give us complimentary shimaaji (horse mackerel), which is a new fish that I?ve never tried before. It taste heavenly and made my taste buds scream ofhappiness. Mochi ice cream in the end complete my dinner. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone looking a freshand high quality sushi place. Read more
