Went down to Silver Spring, MD to a restaurant that was closed. Walk down the block & was happy to notice Island Cuisine from... Woodlawn, MD. Very familiar w/IC n Woodlawn. I ordered ahead of time. I received my notice from PostMates that my order is ready, but when I get here, it isn?t ready and I... had to wait 20 minutes. I waited and was told to wait 10 minutes. I just had the worst customer service from this location. I placed my order by phone then arrived 45 minutes later to pick it... up. After I paid the young girl got on her phone whilei was waiting. I said I called my order in 45 minutes ago is it ready? The young girl ROLLS HER EYES at me then proceeded to take my food and but it in the bag. ...I can't remember her name But Iwill iterate it WAS NOT Stacy that was rude . The food was really good and the wait wasn't too long. The only negative would be the customer service which wasn't great at... all. But other than that the restaurant is clean, the food is good and the location is pretty convenient. Read more
