Chef Tony with California Dining is an amazing chef! He\'s professional, talented, kind, and an incredible chef! I booked... California Dining for my friend\'s birthday and decided on the Peruvian menu. He is famous for his lomo saltado show, so Icouldn\'t wait to experience it and taste it! My guests and the birthday girl were in awe! They had never tasted such deliciousfood before. Alongside the lomo saltado, he started the dinner with a refreshing mango ceviche and yuquita frita. The yuquitafrita is nothing you\'ve ever tasted before! These are fried cassava root dipped in a rocoto spicy sauce. For dessert, he madeleche quemada, which was similar to a passion fruit crème brûlée! I\'m drooling as I write this!\nThe whole experience feltas if Chef Tony had taken us on a journey to Peru through his food.\nI can\'t recommend California Dining enough!
