I am extremely dissappointed with my dining experience. I ordered a panini for takeout. What I got was a very sad excuse for a... panini if you can call it that. It was barely toasted/pressed. There was almost no cheese and it was extremely dry. When Iattempted to eat it the whole thing fell apart. This was unacceptable at best, deceitful advertising, low standards for foodquality and customer service. You should do better! Read more
We used to love this place, however the service is so bad now.... People works here don't care at all, we were service the wrong... food without plate and utensils, when I asked for forks one of the girls gave me a big altitude. Oatmeal served cold. Doubled order on the coffee. Trash inside overfilled to the point a fork on the floor. I ate and drank my... coffee and trash still overfilled. 11:00 a.m. it's not even crowded. Horrible service! We ordered sone Pancakes and we noticed that they had a weird flavor like soap or bleach . We ask nicely to... get a new order and the workers they not even care and we never get our pancakes or an apology,literally nothing. I told themthat we were leaving and they didn't care about it not being professional to give us a refund. Read more
