Fried rice is good, but the aftertaste of old oil gets soaked into the fried stuff. Its sort of like alkaline sour taste thats... leftover. I can't go to Hop Sing anymore. Pretty much done with Chinese takeout. Got to scout for real Chinese food. Read more
