This is the slowest McDonald's drive through I have ever had the displeasure of waiting at. It has been like this since before... the pandemic - ever since they installed the double drive-through. I once waited over an hour for an ice cream cone. I have beenwaiting twenty minutes and counting just to order, ten of those *sitting at the ordering screen.* I feel for the staff, sincethere's clearly not enough of them, but it's ridiculous. The last two times at the Hadley McDonald's I have been very disappointed in the experience. The first time there was a... promotion buy one get one for. The promotion had just ended and they forgot to take the signs off the window and drive-thru.After I place my order and got to the window and ask them why it was so expensive they said the promotion was no longer validand they would not honor it.. try to explain that just like retail if something is advertised you need to honor the first dealand they refused... My second issue is I ordered two McChickens and tried to add cheese to them and they want to try charging$1.50 per slice of cheese in what world does a slice of cheese cost more than a cheeseburger!!!!!
