Excellent, healthy food! Absolutely loved the piña colada smoothie! I had the avocado toast too, which was also great but... everything looked amazing. They also have a nice patio with shade and you kind of feel like you’re on a farm. Very cute! Irecently started an anti-inflammatory diet so it was nice to find a spot with good, vegetarian options to meet my dietary needs.I wish they’d open more locations around the country, as I was visiting from out of state. If you like bad food and service, don't go here. Because pulse is off-the-charts excellent in food and quality and service. Who... knew that plant-based foods could be so good? The desserts are excellent, too, as are the drinks. I only wish they would've letme play the grand piano. That would've made my visit even more ????! The rhubarb and desserts with mango in them were superb-not too tart or sweet. Even the crusts were good! The kale salad was tender and the dressing was yummy. I tried the tofu-basedchicken and waffles and it was also excellent. I think the waffles even had malt in them. Love that flavor. High quality artisan food, skillfully prepared, AND allplant-based..without compromising flavor. If thats not enough for you, they make most of their food in-house, and if not, asmuch as possible is sourced locally from other high quality artisans.
