I have been shopping here for the past 15+ years. Today I had the absolute worst experience shopping in person here. I totally... understand that this store (like many) is still dealing with under staffing issues and other issues related to Covid. Thisparticular morning I was in line with about 5-7 other customers. Only one lane was opened, which was ok - I was patient to wait. After about 15 minutes waiting another cashier opened a lane and instead of asking for the next customers in line, allowed thelast few customers and new ones approaching to come through. Although I felt this was unfair, I did not think too much of it, asagain, I understand staff are being over worked. I continued to wait in my line along with another customer who only had ONEitem to purchase but since she was paying cash, she could not go to the self-checkout because "surprise", they do not acceptcash (which I find unbelievable since they only allow 15 items or less). A few more minutes after waiting in line the cashiersuddenly closed her lane since she was due a break. We were all very upset since at this point we would have to go to the end ofanother line and wait a probable other 15+ minutes there too. We started to complain and say this is not fair, and then amanager showed up telling the cashier she cannot close the lane like that she had to notify management. He said she had tofinish the last few customers before taking her break. Unsurprisingly, she was not very happy about that. Although the cashierwas very rude to us, I actually blame Whole Foods Management because it seems like the store is just not managed well. Forexample, if you are only going to have one cashier open (because you are under staffed) then open up your self-checkout tounlimited like all the other stores. And why not allow people who are paying cash to use them?? Second, if a new cashier isopening when there is a huge long line with people waiting for a long time, wouldn't it be nice to let the next pers Read more

The feel of this whole foods seems not to have recovered from covid. It's less welcoming and has become just a place to buy... groceries.??? I saw today that they're putting in another espresso bar, so maybe that'll help. Read more

High quality produce, wine and foodie products. The bakery is also of very high quality that bests most dedicated bakeries in... the area. Most expensive supermarket. Although their 365 products are competitively priced to other supermarkets and tend to beof better quality. Read more

I don't call it Whole Paycheck for nothing. I cannot get a bag of groceries here for less than around $130. I can't imagine... doing all my shopping here, I would be broke. And no I am not an Amazon Prime member. And since when do "they" get specialtreatment? I remember when it was Bread & Circus. Too bad they went so corporate. They carry quality foods, but let's hit alocal farmstand in support of family business, keeping your dollars local, and stimulating local economy. Outrageouslyoverpriced. B for trying, but not quite local. Read more
