I went through the drive thru and I had to ask for lids, a drink carrier, and straws, I'm pretty sure the poor girl was just... having a bad day. She apologized a few times and I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt. Read more
Slowest drive through I've been in. The cashier "read" our order total as 14.52 and yet charged our card for 24.96 instead.... Sounds like they're adding some extra food on to the order without us knowing. Read more
Service is terrible. Employees are rude. They forget items you ordered and I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes before... anyone decided to take my order at which point I left. Read more
Went here for frosty's but they must have bought McDonald's shake machine because they don't have any tonight. Also I was... greeted with a very direct "what can I get for you" but the tone said please leave me alone so I went to the Arby's across thestreet where they were very friendly and happy to serve me so I gave them my money instead.
