The food was good, service great, but the grapefruit pie was disappointing. My goodness, the hype made me think this was the... greatest pie in Florida. It is jello with grapefruit slices. I drove over and hour, back and forth for that pie. And a slice is$6. Please! Jello and grapefruit slices? I felt ripped off. The taco salad was excellent, much better than the pie. So if youwant a great taco salad, this is the place to go, but skip the pie in my opinion. Read more

My wife loved the grapefruit pie, and I had a delicious slice of "blueberry flapjack cake." Definitely a fantastic roadside... deli, check it out anytime you're driving through Haines City. Seasonal citrus shipped for you, come in for everything fromoranges to grapefruits to peaches. Definitely try the pie, if I didn't mention that. Read more
