Love the German bread pudding and opened face sandwhich. I love the atmosphere and friendly staff. We get used to fast service... at generic spots and sometimes forget we need to slow down a little bit . I expected faster service but have to remember it's abeautiful cafe environment and I need to slow down a bit. Would always come back and recommend to everyone ! Masters of their craft. I was back in NJ visiting family and needed to find a local coffee shop! Stumbled upon this place and... gave it a try. When I ordered a "Cortado" the Barista was initially apprehensive about my order and politely asked "what isthat?" I explained the drink (1:1 espresso to milk ratio with no froth). She immediately began working on it with enthusiasm andfurnished a Cortado. After receiving my drink she asked "how do you spell that?" , which prompted me to write it down on recieptpaper and I went on my way. A couple days later I returned for coffee and the Barista greeted me with a big enthusiastic smileand said "I researched Cortado and I'm ready for you". I ordered a Cortado with oat milk...she replied with a quirky smile"would you like it strong or mild". She then went on to produce an AMAZING Cortado as if it was her specialty. The café is NEWLEVEL!
