Ordered from here after ignoring the whole rating factor. Don?t know why restaurants don?t put efforts when they make food. Do... you guys not have good recipes or you guys don?t know what good food taste like??Spent almost $80 plus and taste was equal to 0.Ruined our Friday night ???? One of the worst experience we had at any Indian restaurant. It was my birthday yesterday and I went for a dinner with my... Family. Greetings/Welcoming - 4/5 Service - 1/5 - Waiter was doing really good job, only 1 person was taking order, andserving them. Because of performing few duties at once he was keep forgetting what we have asked him. Not his fault it'smanagement's. Food: (-5)/5 Worst food ever. We ordered Paneer Tikka as you can see in the picture, very tasteless only redchilli powder and red color no spices at all and no other veggies like green peppers, red peppers only few onions. OrderedKadhai Paneer but they served us Chicken instead of Paneer. When I called waiter He checked out tables number and order list andconfirmed that yes you ordered Kadhai Paneer and he apologized but no other courtesy. We are a pure vegetarian not even eatingeggs and they were about to break our religious practice. Waiting time - ordered only 3 dishes and not rush at that time stillit took 1 hour to prepare our food. They gave us a water when we asked 2 times. And please do not make any excuses thatbecause of new ownership and management this have happened. The change in ownership and management was in April 2022 and youare still giving this reason to every bad customer service it has been 6 months but same reason. Please try to learn from everymistake you made and start acting on google reviews and customer reviews, if you really want to be in the business. Caution: Very spicy! I ordered the kinds of curries that I usually order from other Indian restaurants, expecting it to be about... the same spice level. However, it was so spicy I could hardly taste anything else! I'm sure there are many who would love this.I had to add an abundance of yogurt and eat with a lot of rice to soften the spices.
