I don't think I've ever tipped less than 15% in my life, but I felt inspired to do so today. The server served 2/3 meals and... forgot to bring the last meal. We had to ask for it after an uncomfortable amount of time. We could not hear the server at all.They spoke way too quietly. Server also took way too long for everything. Restaurant was not busy. A family of five 2 adults 2 teenagers and 1 youth. Letting my younger son order his own meal (9yr old). Strips and fries. Once... the meal was completed he was begging for his dessert that comes with every kids meal. Well the waiter kindly reminds him thathe can get a dessert menu as he ordered from the adult menu. My bad for not specifically instructing my son to order from theproper menu. I'll make sure to improve his menu ordering skills. It was not the value but more principal. Food and service were exceptional! Atmosphere only got four stars as the building itself was cold, my friend had to keep her... jacket on while eating as it was just cold inside but everything else was great. Neat decor and delicious food! We had theClassic Handheld Burger, (love that this comes without cheese and bacon as I always get my burgers without, but the option toadd is always appreciated) and the Chicken fingers (tried one of my friends and wow these are so filling definitely near the topof my list for best chicken fingers and I've had a lot.
