It was a Sunday. It was the last Sunday of November, 2022, which would be the 27th. I visited Starbucks Larry Uteck twice that... Sunday. I was there around 3 in the afternoon, and I ordered a macchiato. It was good, but the cup had syrup all around it andon the sleeve. I was very disappointed that I was going to give a 2 or 3 stars. The same Sunday, we drove by and I wanted toget my son an iced London fog latte. They were out of the tea that makes it, but Kendall, an amazing person who was on thedrive through, suggested to my 13 years old son a drink that was amazing. Kendall made our night and deserved a 7 start rating. So, taking the average of 3 and 7, I would give this location a 5. Thanks Kendall for saving Starbucks reputation. Read more
Ordered on the mobile app today gave me an estimated wait time of 10 minutes. I arrive at the location to find that they?re very... behind on mobile orders and that they were making drinks that were submitted 30 minutes before me at the time I arrived. Theyactually noted at one point that there was a wait time of 51 minutes for a drink through the mobile app. Now if Starbucksmanagement has the ability to turn off mobile ordering and update the stock of items.. you would think they would have theability to modify the wait time. I would not have ordered had I have been an accurate wait time on the app. You could also seeabout 35 drinks sitting there of people who had just left and decided not to wait. Mobile ordering should have been turned offway earlier in the day. It?s not practical to pre order and then have your customers wait 30+ minutes for a beverage while thedrive thru and walk ins are getting serviced immediately. Staff did a good job overall. Obviously it?s frustrating for thecustomers and it?s not entirely the staffs fault. Maybe this can be raised to head office or whoever manages the app.. the storeshould be given more control over wait times. Also shoutout to the brunette with a pony tail making all the drinks. She seemedso calm and collective throughout. I would quite literally be a mess if I was in her position. Read more
I had ordered 15 minutes in advance before showing up to the store only to wait for an additional 30 minutes. When I asked for... an update the worker proceeded to tell me there are lots of people waiting. I have never in my life waited 45 minutes for adrink. Ridiculous. Read more

Ordered ahead on the app. When I arrived 10 min later my coffee was waiting for me and was made with all the customizations... that I requested. Although I was just in and out, the staff greeted me warmly. Clean and good size store. Recently renovated Ithink. Have been here 3 times recently using the app and paying with bonus stars and I have been very pleased (first time was aSaturday about noon and wait was about 20 minutes after I ordered from the parking lot).
