The male cook ( I?m mentioning male cos there was a male and a female ) was extreme rude. I was on the phone and he thought I?m... talking to him and god knows got upset with what ! So I attempted to grab lunch from your location today but was havingItrouble seeing the menu.... Gave me the wrong order multiple times through a delivery service. An employee wrote on my order they didn't know what tofu was... so they gave me chicken. That's not the same thing and NOT interchangeable when you don't eat chicken - I tried to pick it outbut it was shredded throughout. When asked to correct the order they did it again ......... multiple ruined meals. Eat at adifferent location is my advice. I tried to contact Thai Express before I wrote this review. I also attempted to contact therestaurant directly by phone many times after the last order. They answer and then hang up on you without speaking if you call,but you can hear the restaurant. They also acknowledged receipt of my email but never did reply. I will not patronize ThaiExpress again after this experience. Read more
