Friendly efficient service, however the meal needs some refinement. Few gluten free options. Need more menu options and better prep for meals. Music began at 7:30 and the music was enjoyable.

Nice spot. NOT if you want a quiet spot for conversation. The entertainment was doing a sound check and hearing the opening of an Eagles cover done six times was a little disconcerting. Staff were friendly and service was good.

I love the wings and beer deal on Tuesdays, one of the best deals downtown. We try to arrive early before the live music kicks off. No disrespect to the artist but, it?s way too loud, impossible to have a conversation with your mate after a long days work. Beer is cold and wings are delicious.

Went on a Saturday afternoon for a few drinks with girlfriends. Atmosphere is great, live music, sat at bar, bartenders were great. Good selection of local beers and ciders. Very busy but still had great service. Iconic Halifax bar that has never disappointed.

My first time back in a while and it was just like I remembered. Great selection of drinks our server Pat the Ninja really took care of us and had great suggestions, our app platter was perfect just the right amount for sharing. We still wanted to have more drinks and Pat made sure we knew where to go!

Went there for supper. Place was quite. Decent service. Ordered the fish and chips. Not good at all. Way to much beer batter and very over cooked. Peeled back the batter to find rubbery and possibly not fresh fish. I will never go back there for food. Cool place for a drink though

Go to spot if any other bars are full. Nice live music but they tend to have the volume set to max at times. Very hard to hear the people at your table even if you are sitting ear to ear with them. Seriously need to tone it down a bit. Bathrooms usually quite clean, most tables require you to put napkins under the legs so the table doesn?t waddle around when you put your elbows on the table.

Best staff, friendly reminders of covid protocol without being rude. Music was awesome. Elyse Aeryn!
