Around 2pm, ordered my plate. Manager, kind of hasty taking my order. But, worker handed me my eat-in plate corrected thing fast... and with a "I'm sorry my mistake" and corrected things fast with a great sincere attitude. Terrible experience. We ordered online with the quick pick up option, went straight from our home to pick it up and the KFC... staff claimed that someone had already retrieved my order. No way anyone else had my name or order number, we believe they mighthave ate our food and had to wait for them to make it again. I ordered two classic chicken sandwiches and large fries on Sun. Sept. 11 at around 11:30am. Both sandwiches were not fresh and... the chicken meat was tough and dry. The fries were also not fresh. Both the fries and the chicken sandwiches were from theprevious day. I should have known when the manager (who had an attitude) handed me my bag around 15 seconds after I ordered.
