I drove out of my way just to go here for a bagel breakfast. The woman at the second window was beyond rude! She was annoyed... when I declined a drink holder. I had to go back through the drive thru, as I discovered the orange juice I ordered to go withthe breakfasts I ordered was watery. I expressed my experience with the employee at the first window on my way through thesecond time, only to be told there have been a lot of complaints about the other woman.
