They got both our orders wrong and it took a while to come so we just ate it and left as there was no price difference. And not... worth it. Had bad experiences at braums before but thought wed try a different one and just the same. Poorly managed. Peoplewaiting for service while the workers just stood there. The burger looked a mess, tasted okay but nothing special. The frieswere bland. Im done with braums after this. Read more
Did not like it at all. Waited in line for a good 20 minutes. Asked for scoops of ice cream and they gave me one. My friend also... got a cherry limeade and I could smell the lime and it was horrible. Read more
Last 4 times 8 ask for no cheese, make sure I say it at least 2 times. Still get cheese. One time I asked if I could have a... bunless burger, "sorry we don't do that" what... Leave the bun off? Luckily the food is great, don't expect much from theemployees. Read more
I like me some braums but very dissapointed in the burgers I just brought home. Do better is all I have to say!!

I've noticed a good number of the recent reviews for the 377 Braum's location have been poor and sadly I don't have much better... to say. It looks bad when the ice cream counter is a mess, especially when this particular part of your store is open tocustomers. The young man who took my order did not say a word to me nor did he smile to greet me. I would consider these basiccustomer service behaviors as I worked in a restaurant for almost 5 years as a waiter. The young man's redeeming quality was theaccuracy of my order. However, the rest of the staff did not help contribute to the experience in a positive way. I noticed thelady in front of me waited nearly 10 minutes simply to pay for her order.
