rainy day didn't stop the happy staff on Veteran's Day. the drive thru was busy so I went inside and greeted by three associates... right away. Horrible customer service I have witnessed, in every business aspect addressing customers concerns and issues are top priority.... Even in the company I work for (healthcare). However, not for this location. I ordered for two Mocha swirl iced coffees and washanded two regular iced coffees. I kindly handled it back to the Dunkin? associate and informed her that the order was wrongnot for one but for both drinks. The window associate looked confused and escalated the issue to the barista. The gentlemanapproached the window and firmly stated ?I work here, I know the recipe, this is how we make it? I didn?t question his workethic or experience. But kindly said I understand sir but my GF and I come here on a regular basis (AM time) and know how theorder is properly made.
