I am giving a 5 star for victor and the crew working tonight at 11pm..we hadn't been to jack in the box in a while since the... munchie boxes were 5.99 and we were not paying attention and ordered the munchie boxes and the total came out to 17..and somechange, we had to change our order to the 5.99 combo, and these guys kept a positive attitude even though they had to start overon our order, through our apologies and fumbling, victor remained positive and cool...thank you for making us feel lessembarrassed that really we didn't have the money to splurge like that..we still had to get gas and food for the pups on our wayhome...awesome job victor!! The burger was good the curly fries I paid extra for were stone cold. The large fry box was half full, of that half of the fries... were also cold soggy normal fries. Definately not what I paid for. Ordered our lunch here. The food was a decent quality. However they failed to give our order in it's entirety, as well as give... us a receipt. Wich is required under Texas law. We did not realize this until we made back home. So my father returned thisestablishment to receive the rest of our order. When doing so the drive through worker laughed about it and decided to speak toone of her coworkers in a different language so he could not understand like a coward. Ordered at the drive thru. Approaching the window there was an elderly lady talking loudly to the drive thru window worker. The... older woman drove up and the worker extended her hand to take payment. Without making sure she had the right order, withoutspeaking, being polite and saying good morning or anything courteous. So as I drove towards the window and stopped, the drivethru worker looked at me with the window open. Didn?t say anything as I waited to see if she was going to speak. So as I rolledmy window up she began to walk towards the window. Hmm?? Really?? Again she didn?t speak. Just held her hand out. So I kept mywindow rolled up and waited a min. Rolled my window down and she still didn?t speak. Held her hand out as I rolled my windowback up again. And obviously it?s not just me. So the plus size woman grabbed an orange juice and spoke to me as I rolled mywindow back down. Customer service is bad at this building. She didn?t want to speak to the elderly woman or me. I drove up abit to check my order I heard her speaking to the Hispanic couple behind me. The racism at this establishment from the mexicanwomen is pathetic and has been going on for far too long. Retrain this bunch, discipline them for their actions towards payingcustomers, or hire an entirely new crew. Read more
