This place is very ghetto. Do not recommend. The lobby was dirty, they couldn?t get my order right and when I got my food it was... very disappointing. The employees don?t care on how they make your food they just want you out of their face. Read more
I waited 15 minutes for a Crunchwrap and the still didn?t make it right or give me the sauce I ordered. I was the only customer... there and after 10 minutes of waiting I asked where my order was, the employee rolled his eyes and told another employee to makeit then proceeded to mosey into the back of the kitchen area. Worst customer service ever! Very rude employee attending the drive through window. June 23rd, 2022 Thursday night at about... 11:15pm I pulled up in the drive through and ordered a double decker supreme. The employee ( didnt get his name) but I willdescribe him. Because the managers need to know and be able to coorectly identify him. He was a young black teen with purple-ishpainted hair, extremely long eye lashes and clearly a bad attitude problem. He told me we dont make those. I asked him, howstrange because I have ordered them before. The employee very rudely said, the fact that you have had them here before does notmean that we are going to make them for you here again we are not making them anymore. I took a deep breath and I promise youthat if it wasnt because my kid was hungry and most fast foods close after 11pm I would have pulled right out of the drivethrough. As I pulled up to the window, I asked him what is the deal with the double deckers. He aswered, not all the taco bellsare run the same or the employees are the same and we are not making doble deckers at this location. I asked him, Im sure youhave the ingredients to make it right? Im sure you have cheese, beef, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, hard taco, beans and softtacos. But at this point I really didnt want to take anything from him. I went out of my way and drove to the taco bell on 35infront of home depot. I asked for a double decker supreme and had it done in a heart beat no questions asked, no buts oranything. Sometimes, these employees forget that we the customers pay there weekly wages, not the employers. If the businesseshad no paying customers then they would go bankrupt. As for the taco bell on western center, Im never going there again. I hopethe owners and supervisors make better choices when hiring these employees that really do no want to work. This is the worst taco bell. The food quality is worse than any other. They hardly give you meat or cheese. One time I placed a... mobile app showed up 15 minutes later.
