Lovely modern little coffee shop. It has a pleasant bustle of energy and is quiet enough to get some work done. The coffee was... fantastic! We ordered the biscuits and gravy which were incredible (the rosemary was spot on) and the avacado, egg and cheesewaffle sandwich. My only recommendation is to maybe ask for some of the gravy as dipping sauce for the sandwich (the only savorysauce options were ketchup and hot sauce which is a bit too acidic for me this early). The coffee was decent, a bit acidic though. I got the waffle to go and it came in a very nice container and was a decent sized... waffle as well. The waffle was pretty good, but I think because it sat for too long that it wasn't as good as it could be. Thechocolate sauce that came with it was good as well, just a bit rich but that's just my preference. Will return again though withwife and kids! Read more
My wife and I love eating here for breakfast when we are out in the Hamburg area. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed. I love their... espresso drinks and all of their waffle choices are great. It can get busy here, rightfully so, so we try to get there early,closer to when it opens. Would definitely recommend checking Four Twelve out when you?re in the area. Read more

First off, I am not a coffee expert, but I still wanted to share my experience. Today was my first visit to Four Twelve, but it... won't be my last. My Cappuccino was rich and smooth, and velvety. I had a bacon, egg & cheese waffle sandwich and it wasexcellent! The waffles are made on site to order, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was courteous and friendly.
