I normally don?t write bad reviews. But we stop here once in a while. It was over $90 for 2 adults and 3 kids. The staff is... super friendly. But last night there was a cockroach in the sushi! I notified the staff walked her over and they just killed itand let the sushi sit there. I know where there is food there is bugs but this was disturbing and disgusting. I don?t think wewill be back. Stopped in for Dinner on a Saturday evening and the place was empty, red flag. We had to pay for the meals before we sat down,... which is fine no big deal. Now I understand why..... all the food looked like it was sitting out all day. The food we picked hadall the same "fishy" taste to it and just tasted off. I'm rather surprised by the poor reviews recently as I had a delightful dinner on Friday! The food was hot, fresh, and extremely... tasty. Even though I'm skeptical about seafood at a buffet located so far from the ocean, it was fresh and Delicious!... I lovethe fact that you pay before over-indulging at the buffet, because when I'm ready to leave, I don't have to wait for the staffto bring me the check for a preset price, and can just leave. This was a pretty rough place. Multiple dishes tasted like they had been sitting out a long while (it's a weekend so that... shouldn't be). There was a lack of variety, and of the 20-30 things we did try all but maybe 5 of them were unpleasant in oneway or another. Finished out the meal with some regular chocolate ice cream, which at the end had something pretty crunchy init. I was eating out of a BOWL. I put the thing on a napkin and it was clearly not ice cream, but something else, maybe fried?Either way, don't plan to go back again. Read more
