Empanadillas are okay. They are not the absolute best that I have had. People were friendly. They have a wide variety of... options. The cheese empanadilla was the best one out of the three that I tried. The beef and chicken empanadillas were alright.They are not like Puerto Rican empanadillas. Just passing through town on our way stopped to get some gas. See this tiny little shop across from the gas station, and decided... to grab some snacks on the go. BEST. DECISION. EVER!!! The empanada pastry is BEYOND delicious. Buttery in flavor, not flakyper se, but melt in your mouth good! I would actually eat this without any filling, but the filling is what made it even better- seasoned to perfection without being overwhelming, or too spicy.
