DONT ORDER FROM HERE. The worse take away I have ever ordered. Estimated time: 20-50 mins. It took 1.5hrs. It arrived... cold. The food was awful. Everything was super greasy. It tasted terrible. All of it tasted terrible. Pizzas, fettuccineAlfredo, even the onion rings are bad. The garlic knots don't taste like garlic, they taste like pepper. We ordered the boneless buffalo wings and received chicken strips cut in half with no buffalo sauce. Just plan chicken... strips/cutlets which looked and tasted like they were store bought frozen and heated up. We ordered extra blue cheese, anddidn’t get any which we were charged for. The garlic knots taste disgusting and soggy. According to my girlfriend, Themeatballs were alright, but they also cut them in half’s probably to warm them up faster. I order to pick up and was told itwould first be ready at 8:45. Then I received a message saying it will be 8:55 due to being busy. When we got there we waitedtill 9:10 till we got our order (we got there at 8:50). I don’t understand why it took so long, since not one other order waspicked up or went out for delivery while we waited. Definitely not authentic Italian food. We ordered through Grubhub and they gave us a decent time of delivery at first. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours for our... order, after we called Grubhub and he had pushed the delivery time back. On top of that, half of our order was wrong and theother half never showed up (Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and Mountain Dew). We called the place back and after going back and forthfor a few minutes, they said they would deliver the items we were missing. Another hour goes by and the delivery guy is stillnot there. We called and the guy on the phone said he had already left, we are only 15 minutes down the road. The food isn'teven worth the hassle, don't bother. Take all of the other terrible reviews seriously, they do not care about quality orcustomer service even if they try to smooth it all over. Read more
I had done this via Grubhub and can’t figure out how to post my review there. I ordered on Christmas so I can expect a delay.... Took an hour and half vs 45 min which was their max delivery time. The owner had called me and said the brócoli stuffed cheesybread that was sent was burnt. The owner said he’d refund half of the money (which I’m still waiting on) due to the burntitem sent and how next time I order he will send another for free. That’s great customer service (just waiting on the 50%return from what he said). The ginger ale ordered never came. Garlic bread with cheese was bland. The steak and philly wrap hadno flavor, and the salad was Eh too much spinach and lacked other items in the salad. Read more
