My sister-in-law shipped 300 cookies to Iowa for a celebration of life ceremony for my brother, as these were his favorite... cookies. All 300 cookies came in 1 box, no extra padding, with several broken cookies. Very disappointing. With the $$ spent Iwas hoping for better packaging. The customer service is as amazing as the cookies! Marni and her staff handled a very large order with ease, delivering cookies... and hot chocolate to 40 site locations and 3500 staff members. Moon Rocks is not your typical cookie place like Insomnia. Their cookies are way more flavor packed and the texture is denser,... but they are by far the best cookie place in Hamden and surrounding areas! The staff are very welcoming and they also do giftbaskets for special occasions. I highly recommend checking out this place or ordering online if you haven't tried these style ofcookies before.
