This used to be a decent Jacks, but it has really gone downhill. Over the past 6 months I have went inside to eat quiet a number... of times and have been disappointed at how dirty the place is. We always have to end up cleaning our own table and the kidshighchairs are filthy. On my most recent visit, all of the unsweet tea containers had sweet tea in them and it tasted old andsour at that. The beverage counter was sopping wet with melted ice and spilled tea as well as the floor around it. It's sad andunfortunate really. I probably won't be visiting this location anymore. Maybe Jacks should consider hiring someone justresponsible for keeping the place clean during each shift. I really don't expect anything to be done about it. After readingother reviews I do see where the company has acknowledged the bad comments, but I haven't seen where they have really taken themseriously. At least any corrective action has yet to reflect inside the restaurant. Read more
Absolutely love Jacks but waiting for them to upgrade their menu for more healthy choices. Why can't I get a grilled chicken... fillet for breakfast and a green side/veggue option still? Beyond meat makes a great veggie sausage that I often don't have timeto cook at home. Limited gluten free options. Mashed Cauliflower with cheese maybe? Broccoli casserole? I'm giving this a 5 out of 5. The last time I was at this Jack's they gave me 2 burgers instead of one. That kinda happened... unexpectedly. Obviously they might have been short staffed and possibly in a rush to get their customers their food and so thatcoulda been the reason for that idk, though. That was just extra food for what I paid for. It was definitely worth it. Thisburger joint is definitely worthwhile. I mean, hey at least I didn't go hungry for the next 24 hrs.
