I would normally give five stars but my last encounter was just absolutely ridiculous. Not only did they get the order wrong but... it also took them an extra 45 minutes just to fix it. The manager did give us free shakes but we also had to wait an extra 20-30minutes for that as well. So that was very frustrating, but most of the other times this place guess my order and usually getsit right for the most part and the food is excellent. Read more
Employees were great and trying their absolute best to deal with the line of cars and customers in the lobby. Unfortunately they... are just not able to keep up with the demand so the food was pretty awful. Read more
As a store this place is not very clean, the drive thru is wicked slow, why a 5 then? This store is completely and always under... staffed many time only 1 or 2 people working, they are always friendly and polite, employees carry a look of helplessness, Iswear I've literally seen random children helping these employees get food out, with all this being said I appreciate theemployees and there effort and that's worth a five.... Besides the chicken sandwich is one of the Earth's greatest creations Ithank y'all for this staple I'm my diet, never had an issue here with under cooked Chicken, the A&W side is legit as well.
