Usually decent with a long wait (which I don't mind) but drive-thru menu was limited to soup, desserts and kids' meals. Also the... concept of chicken tortilla soup is lost on them as they throw the tortilla strips right into the soup so it gets disgusting andsoggy. Never fails when you need something quick and affordable. The staff could be a little more attentive when you walk in and are... waiting (sometimes we have to flag them down vs someone greeting us). Very disappointing. I ordered curbside thinking it'd be quicker. I've been sitting in the curb side spot for 20 mins passed my... pickup time now. I'm just watching people order at the window and get their food. I called to see if it'd be quicker if I justpicked up through the drive thru and the lady said they would be right out. Absolutely the worst service. The guy who took our order you could tell didn?t really pay attention. When we finally received... our food after a 20 plus minute wait, it was wrong. Went back inside to let them know and the cooks, you could see them in theback complaining and goofing off. There were a few other people in line ahead of me come to find out their orders were wrong aswell. When we finally got the correct order the fish sandwiches were crushed down and the buns were falling apart because theywere soaked in grease. Literally the nastiest food I?ve ever got.
