So a place an order online with Jimmy John's at 6:59 p.m. around 7:35 I called and I got hung up on so I called again the... gentleman answered I explained I haven't received my food he said she's out on four deliveries so I said okay. At 7:55 I calledback it just rang rang rang and rang so I decided to drive up there. There were two employees just sitting around no customersnobody in the Drive-Thru. I walked in I said I ordered food over an hour ago I still haven't received it they asked for myaddress and gave it to them again. I stated you could either remake them or refund me he decided to refund me he was giving mewhat I paid for the sandwiches I ordered but I said I paid 5.90 for the tip it was $40.
