Tried Mike's for first time today and hand down better then subway. I rate firehouse 4 out of 5 because of price mike I rate 5... out of 5 on the hero sub 11.07 with tax and more meat the firehouse and on par with taste try Mike's sub you won't bedisappointed grap a hero sub be prepared to nap right after lol Read more

I?ve been going to Mike?s ever since I was little with my parents and even though I have moved out of Hamilton and even Ontario... I make sure to stop here every time I come visit! Hands down the best subs anywhere! Bill and John are awesome! They ensure tohave friendly staff and the buns and ingredients are always fresh! My go to for sandwiches. The beauty is in the simplicity, as well as the quality of 'the build'. It's a classic sub that isn't... trying to be fancy or trendy, which i appreciate! Hero Sub is my usual order; double meat, double cheese, double veg.. addpickles for a little tang. Although this thing is so massive it needs it's own aerodrome, the sandwich always stays together;the build and stacking are top notch, and it's always delicious!
