Amazing friendly staff and a good place to go for a bite to eat. During the Covid pandemic, I had some issues with Papa John's... closing at earlier hours like 7pm and canceling orders. However the Papa John's staff have really stepped up with qualityservice. They are quick at keeping up with orders and the pizzas don't taste soggy. When I ordered 5 extra lg pizza's for 25 people at 2pm on Wed. 14/22 I was told they would be delivered at 4:45. When 5 came... and went, I phoned to check on the order. I was informed that they did not deliver to this area, so my order was tossed. I wasfurious. I called the Barton St. store and they were wonderful. Had my order ready and delivered in 25 minutes. Always the best place to have pizza. This store has been my topmost favourite pizza store in Hamilton. Excellent customer... service by their staff. Awesome Crust with great tasting and fresh ingredients. This place never disappoints me. So wheneveryou feel lazy to cook, just dial Papa johns and order.. And then you know Netflix and Good Pizza?
