Friendly service, but wearing gloves doesn't do anything if you wear them to do everything. Gloves to take my money, the same... gloves to open all the drawers, go to the back and finally prepare my food... touching all the utensils in between. Bettertraining required. I never get a Pita when I eat out. Tried this instead of a sub and holy mackinaw it was good! I was very pleasantly surprised.... The staff was very friendly an helpful in explaining the menu since it was my first time ordering there. Order was prepared veryquickly AND PROPERLY even though it was a rush and they had a line-up. My husband and I use to live near this location, and still will drive two exits down the road to come here (despite now living... across the street from a Pita Pit). You can tell the owner here really takes pride in this restaurant. Facility is clean, staffare friendly, and this is one of very few Pita Pit locations that does an excellent job wrapping the gluten free pita (which Iknow is not easy to work with!). Hands down the best Pita Pit location we've ever been to. Read more

It is very rare to see this level of service and quality at a chain restaurant. I have been ordering from this location for a... number of years and the order accuracy and quality has always been spot on. But today when I picked up my order they screwed upon the topings. I called them after I brought it home. Not only was the gentleman kind and apologetic. He hand delivered a newfresh pita within 8 minutes free of charge to my home. He even included free cookies.
