I do not recommend eating here at all. Picked up dinner tonight for family and got home started eating, Half way through my... chicken sandwich i bit into a huge bone in my sandwich that chipped my tooth right in half!!! They are not carful when servingthere sandwich?s and that was very very dangerous and unprofessional. Read more
The food was as good as usual...1/4 chicken and fries is something they've made once or twice before. The service was something... else. The chicken was not fresh. It was dry and had chewy tough crust unlike I ever had at any of Swiss Chalet's locations. Fries... literally seemed collected from leftovers. Cold and stale. There was no cutlery and no napkins. I paid ahead and opted forcurbside pickup (yes I was a VIP) because I have knee injury and after waiting for quiet sometime, I got a text that there is anissue with the payment and that I must come inside to make the payment. When I went in, the food was sitting there in a plasticbag. I told the server that I have confirmation of the payment and I have a receipt and why do you want me to pay again. Shereplied "yea yea, the payment went through and here is the food". They actually didn't want to come out and bring the stalefood out to the customer. Good: Food tasted good. Large capacity indoor dining space. Customer service was friendly and attentive. Cute fish tank. Not so... Good: Parts of the restaurant floors were drab and faded. Food took a long time to come out. Cup had residue in it. Ginger Alewas flat.(Canada Dry is better than Schweppes so maybe they should swtich). Read more
