Eww. I usually get Thai express from Burlington on Appleby. Tonight for the first time I visited the location at Eastgate mall.... I thought chain food (franchise) restaurants follow the same guide in food preparation but I was wrong. This location served upthe sloppiest general chicken I've ever had. There were four tiny pieces of meat. The onion was hardly cut into pieces thatanyone other than a giant would eat. Why not throw in a whole onion at that rate. And the tomato still had the stem top.Apparently food prep at this location happens at the speed of an emergency fire drill. Careless. And gross. Don't eat here. Read more

Look I love thai Express. But this location is never open. Its 2pm on a wed and we've had time to get annoyed and write this... review and now order NY fries. And still no one. Shame. Pad sew is the best but this location should just give up Edit: phonenumber has been disconnected. And ladies working at shoppers have not seen anyone in hours. I loved the food when they were open...but the rating is purely due to what I would describe as poor ownership. The girls that... worked there were always good, but they needed more help. Was always too busy for the staff they had on. Last time I was therewhen they were actually open, they were having major issues with equipment, and every time I've been there in the last month,the place has a crudely written sign up saying something about "maintenance" and obviously nobody manning the booth at all.Assuming they're just closed at this point???
