Worst location ever. Started struggling during pandemic, but then the excuses just don?t cut it anymore. In the past few months... alone, they haven?t had sugar, haven?t had sweetener, ran out of cream, (I mean, sugar and cream?!?!), don?t carry London Fog,Creamy Chills, and more. This is not posted anywhere of course, so you can spend 20 minutes in the drive through only to bedisappointed? Choose another location, and save yourself the disappointment. Read more
Worst Tim Hortons in the city. Can you imagine this city is the place of the first Tim Hortons and this one is complete and... utter trash. Only go here if you want your order to be wrong, would like to be late to where ever you are going or what sub parcustomer service. Literally a disgrace and disservice to the Tim Hortons franchise. No one can be worse than this staff!! Extremely rude, lack to operate with humans. I forgot to place my order on the speaker so... once reaching out the window, I asked employee in a respectful manner if I can order here as I forgot to order. She repliedrudely you have to come back while waving with her hand and Nodding hair head no then immediately close the window. Never beentreated like that and I'll never come to this location again. I spend at lease 5000 dollars a year at Tims and one employee cancut out this business and much more. I give them $20 tip hoping they gain sense of humor. Read more
