First time trying Twice the Deal Pizza. I had a large order that I placed the day before to be ready at 11 am (store opening)... sharp. My order was taken with great care and was ready to the dot which was highly appreciated. The chicken and pepperoni arehalal. This place has fallen off! Horrible wing sauce they tried to make it in store or something cheap when they shouldn?t have.... Clearly they have no idea what mild and hot means *no spice or flavour wayyy over salted* everything in my order was wrong. Theonly decent thing was the pizza and even then it was smushed in cause the deliverer didn?t know how to hold it. 62$ Forabsolutely nothing. THEN the lady on the phone had the audacity to have tude. After reading the comments below I feel as if this small pizza store takes a bit of unnecessary heat for some small and simple... errors. poor communication skills and a lack of business sense or awareness usually leads to a lot of unhappy customers. I'vebeen eating at this pizza store since they open up over 5 years ago. they have recently come under new ownership, and I believethe young gentlemen running the store is doing his best to learn what is best for his newly acquired costumers base. Again, illpoint to proper communications skills and understanding what and where you are getting your food from for a better overall salesexperience bc this man has been nothing but on point for me so far.
